Terms & Conditions MJ88 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

To be eligible to register and use MJ88 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Invalid bets: Bets placed unintentionally or due to player error cannot be cancelled once the game has started.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MJ88 platform and may result in immediate action, including account termination:

• Use of unauthorised software: The use of any automated software or tools to play, unlawfully analyse games, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any arrangement or cooperation between players to gain an unfair advantage in a game, particularly in poker, is a serious violation.
• Money laundering: MJ88 complies with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws. Our platform cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations related to suspicious financial activity.

• Any failure, delay, or error caused by a third-party payment processor.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the MJ88 platform.

In any event, MJ88's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the account balance held in that member's MJ88 account at the time the claim arose.

MJ88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Failure to verify identity or age information when requested.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Account closure requested by the member — this can be done via live chat or support email.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months — MJ88 will send an email notice prior to closure.

If your account is closed for a legitimate reason (not due to a violation), any remaining balance will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit within 5 to 10 business days.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting MJ88 support. Please ensure all bonus rollovers are completed or cancelled before requesting account closure to facilitate the return of your remaining balance.
